SKill: Wall Ball Shots WOD: 3 Rounds of the following exercises Execute 1 min of work with 30 sec rest between exercises Wallball Shots (with medball) Sit-ups with Abmat Sumo Deadlift High Pull “SDLHP” Jump Rope (Single or doubles) In all about 16 min and 30 Seconds with the rest 12 min of total work.
