WOD

Start with a 400m Run

5 Rounds of the Following

7 Russian Twist with Medicine Ball
rotate the medball across your midsection over an back touching the ground this constitutes one repetition
7 Dumbbell Push-up Row
while holding the dumbbells execute one push-up and then one row per arm in the plank or up position this constitutes one repetition

Finish with 400m Run
