Hi, everyone I am so excited for you and your new quest to get in the best physical shape of your life.
CrossFit has changed the way I look at fitness and physical preparedness for everyday challenges and even survival. I committed to the CrossFit fitness program February 2010 and I have not looked back.
The Texas National Guard sent me to get my CrossFit Level 1 certification in July 2011 and starting that August 2011 I took over the CrossFit Camp Mabry program as the head coach. At Camp Mabry, I conducted over 200 Training Sessions which averaged 15 – 25 participating Soldiers, Airmen, and Civilians. I am passionate about helping people achieve what they once thought was unachievable.
I encourage you to give CrossFit at least two – three weeks of dedicated effort with an average of 2 – 3 training sessions per week. If you are not hooked by then, CrossFit is not for you at this time.
